  • The first Christian artist to receive a coveted spot in the “Parade of Champions” at the Boxing hall of fame in Canastota, New York
  • In 2004, Carman was presented the prestigious HUMANITARIAN AWARD, from the House of Hope. Previous House of Hope Humanitarian Award Recipients include: President and Mrs. Reagan, Dr. Billy Graham, Dr. Pat Robertson, Governor Jeb Bush, Sheila Walsh, Drs. Each year House of Hope presents the Humanitarian Award to someone they believe to be a strong Christian example and a positive role model for our young people and their families.

  • “Heart of a Champion Tour” to broadcast on the “Armed Services Network” to 800,000 of our fighting soldiers in 157 countries on Easter Sunday.

  • Major theatrical nationwide release of the movie “Carman: The Champion”
  • “Carman: The Champion” became the longest theatrical run in theaters for a Christian movie.
  • Carman headlines first Christian night at the “RiverBend Festival” in Chattanooga Tennessee. Sets record for the largest “solo” outdoor Christian concert. 80,000 plus in attendance.
  • Release of the Heart of a Champion album
      • Heart of the Champion nationwide tour
      • Over 20,000 people gave their lives to Christ through the Heart of a Champion tour
  • RIAA Certified Gold Recording: “I Surrender All” 30 Classic Hyms
  • Carman aired, on national television, his “Halloween 3:16” special, on the evening of October 31st. “A nationwide altar call was given on the most evil night of the year”, over 70,000 first time decisions were recorded before the phone lines jammed up. 100,000 people were believed to have come to know Christ in that one night alone.
  • During the “Heart of a Champion Tour” Carman had the largest Christian tour with an overwhelming response of 900,000 people.

Carman holds the largest “Solo” Contemporary Christian Music Concert ever in history, at Texas Stadium, Dallas Texas, with 72,132 people in attendance.
